Why PRISM works
PRISM is based on the fundamental fact that all behaviour is driven by the brain.
PRISM explains behaviour in terms of brain activity, providing a series of ‘maps’ which are representations of how someone responds to the world around them. Each PRISM ‘map’ is a picture of a user as a unique individual.
PRISM‘s reports not only show people’s natural or instinctive behaviour preference, but the extent they adapt their behaviour to respond to the demands of specific situations e.g. their job.
PRISM takes into account neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to adapt and physically change in the light of experience. It does not place individual in ‘boxes’, but graphically explains why they approach situations differently. The adult brain can and does adapt, develop and change, even into old age.
How do I become Accredited?
Our Online Accreditation Course
Most potential Practitioners undertake our online Accreditation course. This delivers the same content as our face-to-face and VILT training but allows you to work at your own pace in your own environment.
Our online course includes:
- Twelve chapters of self-paced learning activity
- Continual knowledge checks to monitor learning and retention
- Modular accreditation assessment
- Practical 1:1 virtual assessment session and Q&A’s
- 180 days access to the Accreditation course
- Unlimited access to help and support during the course and ongoing
The cost of our online Accreditation is £850.00.
