PRISM Career Explorer is a stand-alone product that enables users to identify a career that is consistent with their skills, work aptitudes and behavioural strengths.
The power of PRISM Career Explorer lies in its ability to match the user’s main behavioural strengths and work aptitudes with benchmarks of careers from a database of approx 1,000 roles. This makes it simple for the user to explore and identify those careers that best meet their expectations and requirements.
PRISM Career Explorer generates a comprehensive personal profile of strengths, potential areas for further development – useful when writing résumés, CV’s etc. It also compares work preferences to around 500 College Majors/University Degrees and allows access to the Resource Library for more effective and professional personal marketing.
