PRISM ‘Professional’ is the ultimate profiling instrument and provides users with the most comprehensive insights into a person’s behavioural and work preferences. Outputs include: profile maps showing Underlying, Adapted and Consistent behavioural preferences; introversion/extroversion profile; summary or full text narrative; work preference profile plus work aptitude & environment report and career development analysis; Emotional Intelligence; ‘Big Five’ and Mental Toughness reports. This version also enables the profile to be matched with a job benchmark and can provide an additional output on benchmark best fit. In conjunction with the profiles of other individuals, this version can be used to form a Team Map. This version has the capability to manage a full 360° feedback process including in-house or generic competencies. PRISM Professional requires feedback by an Accredited PRISM Practitioner.
