PRISM Team Performance Diagnostic is designed specifically for organisations that are keen to develop the performance of their teams, providing an analysis of your team’s current performance to help you and the team identify what the team members feel they need to focus on to improve their performance.
It measures the way in which team members feel the team responds to 12 key result areas; 6 of these areas relate to the ‘achievement’ of team goals and 6 to team ‘relationships’. In addition there are also sections on Team Effectiveness, Team Working Skills, Commitment to Team Working, Team Climate, Team Morale, Team Self-Perception and Organisational Culture .
